Yes, that is possible. You can create different addresses in your customer account under “addresses”.
You
can also enter different addresses in the order. During the order
process you can find the field “Billing address differs from delivery
address” below the address you entered. Please click in this field.
Afterwards, you can select the delivery and invoice address separately.
Depending on where you live and from where you access our online shop, prices can be displayed as gross or net. If you live outside the European Union you will see net prices (often with uneven cent amounts) and if you live inside the European Union you will see gross prices (even amounts).
No, we do not send return labels, because we are too small a company to bear the costs, sorry. (Exception Switzerland - See information here under point 6.)
Orders within the EU + Switzerland: If you are not satisfied with the
goods you have ordered, you can send them back to us within 14 days.
Please send us a written revocation in advance by e-mail.
Orders outside the EU: Unfortunately, returns are not possible.
Only for our swiss customers: We only accept returns from Switzerland with a return label from us. The costs are to be borne by the customer.

1. Please remember the revocation in writing via mail before sending
back at service@select-mode.de. An informal mail with detailed
information about the article (item number, colour, size) is sufficient.
Alternatively you can use our withdrawal form on our web page.
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in immaculate condition and with tag, otherwise we cannot take the return back.

Please enclose the sent delivery note with the return and mark the
items you send back. (Without enclosed note your return can not be
assigned for a refund)

6. Only for our swiss customers:
Return costs must be borne by the customer. We will send you a return
label, otherwise there may be problems and costs at German customs.
Costs for a return label €20 per €500 value of goods returned. The costs
will be deducted from the reimbursement. We do not accept returns that
are sent back without our return label.
P.S. We would appreciate it if you could give us some information why you return the articles
(too large / too small / does not fit / I do not like / I do not like the colour ... )

We have the opportunity to ask almost all designers whether certain styles / colors / sizes are in stock. Please send us an email with your desired item, the item name / number, your size and color.
To find your correct size, take a jacket/trousers etc. that fits you well, lay the garment flat on a table and measure from left to right at the chest/waist/waist/hips and the length from the top downwards (in the middle at the back for upper parts and on the outside for lower parts) and then compare this measurement with the measurements given by us. So you will surely find the right size :)
- The chest measurement is simply measured from left to right (circumference = x2)
- The waist is simply measured at the narrowest point of the top / jacket (circumference = x2)
- The hips are simply measured at the widest point in the hip area (circumference = x2)

The waistband is simply measured from left to right (circumference =
x2), in the case of an elastic we give both the unstretched and the
stretched measurement
- We measure the length of tops in the middle at the back (without collar)
- The length of bottoms on the outside of the side seam
- For shoes, we measure the insole, if available, with the footbed inserted

We have the option to enquire with almost all designers whether
certain styles / colors / sizes are in stock to reorder. Please send us

the same time, you can use our shop to put yourself on a notification list
in order to receive a mail should the particular item in your
size be back in stock.

Our model always wears the smallest size. You can see which size is the smallest by looking at the product dimensions in the product description. If the model wears a larger size, this is noted in the product description with the corresponding size.
The measurements of our model are 83 / 69 / 99 cm and the height is 170cm.
Yes, this is possible by using our filter function. Our filter function can be found on a product overview above the products.
We have a filter function on every page that filters by size, designer, sale and price.
If
you go into the categories “clothing” and “accessories” and select a
sub-category, for example pants / jackets, you can use the filter
function to view for example only pants from Rundholz in size XL which
are in sale with a price of up to €200.
With jersey we mean the thinner t-shirt material, with sweat the thicker material of for example hoodies.
We adopted RAL colour charts in our range to be able to give you the
matching colour codes of the items in the description. This means, we
will always give you the colour code closest to the colour of the item.
If the item’s colour is in between two shades we will give you multiple
RAL codes.
You can simply order the RAL colour chart from us and
you will never have any trouble identifying the colour of an item. Even
across different collections, you will be able to see if a new
colour/shade may suit a colour/shade from the previous season.

Yes,
we have a wish list feature. On the product overview it is the small
heart that you have to click on to add a product to the wish list. On
the product page itself you will find this heart below the "Add to cart"
button. You can access your list at the top of our page by clicking on the heart.

If your delivery address is outside the European Union, you will only pay the net price and no VAT which is automatically deducted during the ordering process. To check if you are looking at net or gross prices in our shop, you can log in and select a delievery address inside the European Union (gross prices) and then select a delivery address outside the European Union (net prices).
Yes, that is possible. Please inform us about your intention directly during the ordering process by entering the delievery address inside the European Union and the billing address outside the European Union. The parcel will contain an invoice with declared value-added tax (VAT). This must be stamped by customs. Please send us back the original stamped customs invoice within 14 days. After receiving the stamped invoice from customs, we will refund you the VAT.
