To make it the most comfortable experience for you to find the right
clothing with us, we carefully measure each part in a variety of ways.
On
this page we explain how and where we take these measurements. So there
should be no more speculation as to whether a size S is really a size S
or an XL maybe just an L.
To find your suitable size, take a jacket / pants etc. that fits you well, place it flat on a table and measure from left to right in the chest / waist / waistband / hip area and the length from top to bottom (in the middle of the back of tops / jackets and outside on the side for pants / skirts) and then compare this dimension with the dimensions given by us. This way you will be able to order clothes that really fit in no time :)
Our measurements in the descriptions are always measured from left to right on the garment lying flat. To determine the circumference, please multiply x2
- The chest width is measured from left to right on the garment lying flat (circumference = x2). We always measure at the bottom of the sleeve seam (if the sleeves are lower, the measurement may be slightly below the actual chest height)
- The waist is measured at the narrowest part of the top/jacket or upper body from left to right (circumference = x2)
- We measure the hips approx. 20-23cm below the waistband (measured at the side). If you want to determine your hip measurement with a tape measure, measure the hip at the widest point on the bottom. It's best to put the tape measure on and move it up or down a little until you find the widest point. This is the hip measurement. To compare this with our measurements, divide it by 2.
- The waistband is measured lying flat from left to right (circumference = x2). For an elastic band, we indicate both the unstretched and maximum stretched dimensions. For pants with an elastic waistband to fit well, your waist measurement should be between the unstretched and stretched measurement.
- We measure the sleeve seam where the sleeve is attached to the body (circumference = x2). We only measure this measurement for deeper sleeves/overcut shoulders
- We measure the length of tops in the middle at the back (without collar)
- We measure the length of pants and skirts on the outside of the side seam
- For shoes, we measure the insole, if present, with the footbed inserted
Model measurements in our shop: high 170 cm / chest 83 cm / waist 69 cm / hips 99 cm

- The hips are measured once at the widest point in the hip area (circumference = x2)
- The waistband
is measured once from left to right (circumference = x2), with an
elastic band we give both, the unstretched and stretched dimensions
